J. Anthony “Tony” Grega is an attorney in Seattle, Washington.  Tony’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of individuals who suffer personal injuries.  Born and raised in the North Seattle area, Tony Grega has built his practice from the ground up by zealously fighting for his clients’ rights, and treating them with the respect and dignity they deserve. Practice Highlights

• In his first years of practice, Tony Grega overcame over 100 years of case law when he argued for a shipper whose goods were damaged somewhere between the point of origin and the destination when they were shipped by truck to their containers, and then shipped overseas to a foreign port.  The case law required the case to be heard in the jurisdiction stipulated in the bill of lading, but Tony Grega argued that two different jurisdictions would separate the case in such a way that the trucking company and the shipping company would each create an “empty chair defendant” to blame for its failure to protect the cargo.  Tony Grega persuaded the Federal Court to join the case and thereby not deprive the plaintiff of his day in court.
• Tony Grega once won at trial for a former All-Pro professional football player in a contract dispute.
• In one of his largest cases to-date, Tony Grega recovered  for a family of 6 involved in an accident when their rental car company failed to properly warn them about their rented van’s propensity to tip over.
• In over 16 years of practice, Tony Grega has recovered millions of dollars for hundreds of clients injured as a result of the negligence or intentional acts of others.
